Truthfully, I did not want to even give these guys one star. They have the worst customer service atmosphere along w communication skills between each other. My husband and I decided to go here and pick out new furniture bc we were referred by a friend. Worst mistake of my life! When we signed papers and weāre on our way out the guy that had helped us (Brandon I believe) told us we would get our first month payment free and who wouldnāt love that news?! So after our free month was up and we had to make our first actual payment, the guy I called to make the payment w said that we were a month behind saying that we never made the payment even tho the worker that had helped us out that day told us completely different! Then my husband and I decided to switch from bi-weekly payments to just monthly payments and after talking to one of the workers and rearranging that, he said he would take out our last bi-weekly payments and that next month our monthly payment would be set up and gave the date it was owed on. Well when this date had come around, I called to make our payment only to be told that I was behind on my payments and didnāt understand at all what was going on! Turned out that the guy that had told me he would switch my payments over to monthly payments never put it down anywhere or changed it in the computer system or told any of the other workers about this new arrangement that we had discussed. Another reason why I say they have no communication skills w each other! Iām beyond flustered at this point and when I called to talk to one of the men about it (furious at this point), not only was he extremely rude to me, but he was cussing at me and basically told me I needed to grow up. While we were not living in town, this company was quick to deliver our item and there were no issues. We live in town now and we ordered a bedroom set and mattress. We waited for about 3 months, 3 months for that alone to show up, mind you we had to choose a different bed set, something we didn't want to do, but they told us it was going to arrive quicker if we ordered a different set. We waited about another month and then we said the heck with it, just cancel the order. So after waiting for so long, within two days of cancelling, we got constant phone calls of where is our payment for the stuff you currently have. But yet, no word for weeks about when the stuff we ordered was going to show up. They are quick to wanting their money but don't give a damn about their customers and their satisfaction. I don't recommend them. And to be called names in a voicemail, real childish and unprofessional. As for the voicemail, when they said they've been trying to call us for weeks and we don't answer, there was no conversation or attempt to contact us for weeks. I didn't call them and they didn't call us. We got tired of hearing the same stupid story of no word about when the truck is showing up, Ashley furniture sucks, way to bash another company by the way, hopefully they see this review, and other lame excuses they could think of. We just moved into a new home, and needed a washer/dryer combo. We went to Rent-All because, after doing research on units at several stores, we decided that was the best deal (free local delivery, install, and maintenance during the rental terms).
Nick originally helped us when we went in to look at the units they had available. He was super friendly and professional, helped us choose the washer/dryer set that was the best for the price and quality, and was transparent with pricing options and rental fees.
We filled out the rental form, and when we went back the next day we were immediately approved and set for delivery the next morning; but I think Nick heard a comment I made about how I worked the next day, and called later that day to ask if we would like our set delivered that evening.
When the delivery arrived, Nick walked me through the contract process again so that I knew what I was signing, and he and Jake very quickly and efficiently moved the washer/dryer into our basement and hooked it up. They made sure that both units worked, and even pointed out an issue with our water pipes that we would need to keep an eye on as we used our new washer.
Overall, our experience with Rent-All, and Nick and Jake, was excellent. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing what they have to offer; the customer service experience is more than...
