Love this place and most of the staff. Including the manager lady that I have met, but today 7/23/24 at 5:30pm had a guy that is very rude and acts like customers are waisting his time. He is very sarcastic. I would not write this review, but this is the second time he has worked when stopping. First time said we don't get punches on our card for deals when it's specifically says you do for the ones you buy not the free one. But nothing after spending 50 bucks. Then today we buy 2 things and instead of one being our free one he only takes 15 bucks off our total. We stop once or twice a week and spend 85 bucks or more every time. We will no longer buy when this rude worker is there. Update.11/02/24 Nope nothing changed even had to call main branch manager. Read moreBest vape store in Nebraska! I transport motorhomes and whenever I have a west coast run I make sure I stop at the Grand Island location in the truck stop! They have the best deal, best selection and the best employees! Everyone is very knowledgeable which I most definitely look for. You will learn something new every time! Frank is one of my favorites but yesterday I was helped by Casey & Dan! These two dudes are easy to talk to because of their awesome personalities! They know their stuff but also make you laugh. I spent about an hour just talking to them! I wish I could teleport myself to this store whenever I need vape stuff, but we're not quite into the future yet! Read moreNo longer will spend money here. Use the location in the truck stop and the reward cards are different for each person and I never see the same person twice. You can't pick what you get for your freebie anymore hence there is no incentive to spend money there. EDIT for reply. Hopefully that will help, but this has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile. I'm not going to keep throwing hundreds of dollars into the register trying to support a place when the employees just lie because they're miserable or just don't know what they're doing.
