Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Nebraska

I wish I looked at the reviews before stopping here. It was the closest to the interstate and cheap for a family on the road. We should have driven into town and gotten almost anything else. We stood by the register and had to wait as they passed for a while not even acknowledging us. Finally, we ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and an Italian cheese bread. 10 minute wait according to them. 20+ minutes of us standing there the guy that ordered after us got his pizza so we asked again. She gave us the pizzas and said she didn't know about our cheese bread (we were charged for it already). Once we got everything we had to stop her from walking away again so we could get plates and parmesan. Well not even the 4 packets of parm can save this pizza. One was small and didn't have much cheese. That was the better one, the second one was average size but so overdone the cheese was hard and the crust was crunchy all the way through it was like eating crackers. The "Italian cheese bread" had burnt Italian seasoning on toasted bread. The cheese was nonexistent or burnt. If you go to this place make sure to spend extra on water you will need it after trying to choke down...

I stopped at the Little Caesars inside the Baselman’s Pilot truck stop, planning to order a custom vegetarian personal pan pizza. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes before anyone came up. When the employee finally did, he had a very stoic, unfriendly look on his face. Without a greeting, he tossed his gloves in the trash, stared at me, and then finally said, “So, what’s up?”

That’s not how you greet a customer. I was taken aback, but I still began to place my order. His response—“What do you want on it?”—came across as rude and uninterested. At that point, I decided not to order and walked away.

This experience was enough to change my plans. I’m here for a 34-hour reset and had intended to eat there more than once, but now I won’t be back. My company hauls loads out of JBS in Grand Island, and I’ll be letting other drivers know not to waste their money here. Customer service matters, and this location...

Let me get to the nuts and bolts herd! I am 100% disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. I ordered the vegetable pizza, add sausage extra sauce and extra cheese. Look at the photo and that's what I got. No mushrooms, and a dry pizza. I even went over the order twice with the guy. He told me the price, I give him a 50$ and he proceeds to tell me they don't take 50's. Now the only sign they had was they didn't except pilot rewards and some other kind of rewards. BUT nothing about 50 dollar bills. The guy that waited on me then went back and made the pizza was the tall skinny kid from Africa or Nigeria. He has his country pendant on his necklace. I am upset with myself that I trusted the person who took my order then made it did not make It correctly even though we reviewed the order twice. I am now back in Chicago...what am I going to do but eat something that's not to my liking and not...
