Be wary of these folks. They are NOT Pilot -- despite the signs they have posted and what the GPS says. If you are expecting the same quality of service and products Pilot is known for, don't expect it from these turkeys. (Their "defense" is that they "just sell Pilot fuel".)
From lack of visible employees for help; to treating you like a criminal in not letting you carry your own purchases to till . . . to finding out my purchases would not be backed by Pilot nationwide . . . these people left a very bad taste in my mouth. So I returned the Blue Parrot headset before the ink on the original receipt was dry: being a long-haul trucker and not knowing when I'd be back Nebraska way to return it if it was faulty as my last one had been.
Final nail in their coffin: the return amount on my cash register receipt did not match the amount they actually credited back to my credit card. Indications are someone pocketed some money for themselves.
I've tried asking Bosselman's about this: but nobody is answering their phone, and their "contact us" webpage won't let you actually contact them. (the "captcha" feature they say you did not correctly answer, is nowhere visible on the page!)
It's a very shiney store. But it's not a Pilot.
Imho, it's not even on par with a single-name,...
Read moreI understand stuff happens, but it’s the way they handled the situation is what was unacceptable. I went inside to order food. The one with dark hair prepared my food. Got to the register, he presses the button and goes out register isn’t working. Then recommends me going to an ATM. I’m not paying $3 and some change for a fee at the atm to get food from SUBWAY! You get subway because they are cheap and somewhat healthy. By this time the line is becoming long. Do you think he once told any of them that they could only accept cash. Then his coworker, that little sh*t wasn’t making the situation any better. So he gave me the managers number and she apologized and told me to go get my meal for free. She was very professional. I get back to the register and he places the bag on the counterand kind of shoves it towards me with an attitude. I had to remind myself, I don’t need to go to jail because I beat the hell out of damn high schooler. That’s the issue with these fast food places. Workers want more money but don’t act professional and do their job right when it comes to customer service. I already looked past that he put like 5 pieces of spinach, and a sprinkle of everything else in the salad. I order the same salad every time and never have I seen it...
