GI Escape — Local services in Grand Island

Wanted an appointment for 12:30. Hours of operation state 11- 8 on Sunday’s. No where on the website does it say by appointment only. We decided to drive by the building, there were no cars in the parking lot, no lights on and the doors were locked. I called and woman told me the soonest she had available was 2 o’clock because she was out of town, but we had prior obligations and that wasn’t an option. Not sure how a business is open 11-8 but there is no one there working and no appointments available. If it truly is by appointment only it needs to be stated somewhere on the website. My grandma and I wanted to go somewhere fun so we decided to go to GI Escape! We decided to go to the easier room because we didn’t have much experience with escape rooms. I highly suggest doing the haunted one first but if you are very experienced with escape rooms, I would do the other challenging one! It was very fun and I really enjoyed it! Not organized. Nothing in the room made any type of sense with the story. Dirty. Asked for a clue a few times and was ignored and then she kept coming into the room to tell us our clue, which overly ruined the experience. Definitely not worth the money.
