I give it to them that they were open. There were a bunch of young kids working. I ordered my burger wrong so I asked for another one. I even offered to pay for it since it was my mistake. They said no problem twenty minutes later, still no sandwich. I went back to ask. A young kids walked out and looked at me 2 or 3 times and ignored me. I finally asked if I could get my sandwich. He shrugged his shoulders and said he told her 3 times to make it. I said forget it, it's too late now. The friend I was with was finished with her meal. Another young kids came to the table asking what I wanted and said he wasn't told about it. I said it's too late. We're ready to leave. And they want $15...

Went through the drive through at this location and when we got to the window the clerk, who was this morbidly overweighted blonde lady, told us "if you want to screw around then go to McDonalds". We didn't even do anything to her, then she proceeds to hand us the wrong order, and takes it back with an attitude. When I finally got my food it was very mediocre and sloppily made. Only enjoyed the blizzard, but it's rather hard to mess that up anyway. Terrible experience. And @ fat blonde lady, we did go to McDonald's after that, so...

I called and needed 30 dilly bars for my sons bday. Decided it was too hot out that I would get the entire school ice cream so I called back and estimated 150. When I got there to pick them up it was confirmed I needed almost 300. Your employees were so nice and accommodating! They didn’t need to tolerate my craziness in changing the amount but they did and were happy to help! We will be back for sure!! Thank you so much for making my sons day so special!
