UPDATE: WHEN YOU BUY A BED THERE YOU ONLY HAVE 90 DAYS TO EXCHANGE YOUR MATTRESS! THEY DO NOT TAKE THE BED FRAME BACK, SO YOU'RE STUCK WITH IT! (Keep in mind that bed frame costs about $2,000 plus dollars.) We had the I8 then upgraded to the I10, personally MY BACK HAS HURT "WORSE" SINCE WE BOUGHT THESE BEDS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THEM! And yes, we have tried every setting, have done everything they suggested, and upgraded pillow tops etc. I do recommend getting the bed insert because you tend to dip down in the middle if you have the full mattresses versus the split mattress (and no, neither one of us is fat, it just happens). I had my bed set anywhere from 25 to 100 with no relief (it's recommended to try a number for three to seven days before trying a different number). Like with any bed or piece of furniture, it may feel comfortable and you love it when you first lie/ sit on them, but when doing so for a while it might not be so comfortable. For those that love these beds I'm glad it worked out for you, but we will not buy this kind of bed (mattress) again. Also note, sheets, etcetra cost around $200 plus each set. I would recommend downloading the app and joining the rewards program right away and use your points towards purchases! Definitely wait for their sales when buying.

The delivery techs were on time. They did not say much as I told them the bedroom was up a flight of stairs. They handled the bed roughly. When they came with the king mattress they nearly tore a fish mount off the wall. I yelled at the tech to slow down and be careful. I was afraid he was damaging or tearing the mattress. They plugged in the bed and handed me the controller and I think said just push the buttons. They could barely speak eagles and there was no help navigatin the new controls or the app. They were hear possibly 15 min. So finally a nice lady named Courtney assisted me on the phone how to check the hook ups and now my bed doesn’t heat up at all like is suppose to do. Please save your money on these expensive beds.
