Pop up in my community today. I got the street tacos and it was freaking delicious. Birria was juicy, seasoned very well. Tortilla was crispy and held the generous amount of birria in each taco. And the consomé was banging! It was so savory and I wanted more. These tacos slap! Definitely going to get more next time I see them.

These were the best birria tacos I’ve ever had. The meat is so juicy and delicious. The tortilla is golden and glistens while also delivering a crisp, tasty crunch. One of the best tortillas I’ve ever had, too. The consomé was perfect.

Pop-up only! Definitely follow their Instagram to see where they pop up each time. I will definitely be coming back again. I went tonight when they were by White Rock Lake!
