I was really excited to try this place for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As soon as I walked in, I felt rushed to order. I had my two small dogs in the car and asked if I could get a small cup of whipped cream for each of them (like a pup cup). The girl who took our order said there would be a small charge, which was fine but when she asked someone else (possibly the owner), that person yelled across the place, questioning why she was getting two. When she came back, she told me it would be $2.50, which I assumed was for both. But when I checked my receipt, I was charged $2.50 each which honestly felt a bit much for the tiny amount they gave me. I also ordered the Hot Cheetos with cheese, and the cheese wasn’t fully melted it tasted underwhelming. To top it off, we got the wrong paletas, but didn’t realize until we got home.

That alone speaks volumes about the consistent quality and experience they provide. Every item I’ve tried has been outstanding. Their fresh fruit is always perfectly prepared, the ice cream rich and flavorful, and their natural flavored waters are incredibly refreshing. The corn is another favorite — full of flavor and made just right every time. Equally impressive is the team behind the counter. The three young women who take orders are always welcoming, patient, and attentive. They take the time to make each order exactly as requested, which makes every visit feel personalized and appreciated. I can confidently say this is one of the best places in the entire DFW area. I was excited to try this new spot with my kids. However, the moment we walked in there was bad energy as if it was a problem that we were there to place an order. We were rushed to make our orders and at that they messed it up. I kindly let them know what our order was and told them it was ok I could fix it if they just gave me a separate cup so that they didn’t have to waste product.
