Crown Inn — Hotel in Grand Prairie

Unless you want to take bed bugs back to your home you don't want to sleep at this place. I found 2 bed bugs in my bed with a yellow stain on the white sheets as I was getting ready to go to sleep. Then the customer rep a short guy that kept calling my buddy proceeds to try to coon me and delete the picture from my phone, then tries to call me racist that I don't like Indians. After all he tries to offer me another room supposedly belonging to his family with a jacuzzi all because he didn't want to refund me my money. I was very courteous to them the whole time and this guy just tried to take advantage of me. All I wanted was for him to refund me all my money, or charge me for the time I was there and refund me the other half but I had to hear a bunch of unkind things towards me then I the be told not to be mad and the they are military friendly. These PEOPLE are a joke! The price changes from one person to the next depends on who is working the desk! They act as if Americans are second rate citizens and claim to be Buddhist! Ha! Right! I do not recomend any place that tells you how much you can take in a room, and starts calling at 10 am for you to check out! I never in my life have had a worse experience then here! Not clean at all! The cable was jankey and the towels smelled like mold just like the rooms! Bed bugs traces in most rooms as well! Disgusting...

I was bitten by bed bugs. Lifted the sheet they were crawling all over the place. Called the front desk they they did nothing to try to help me.. packed after staying there I checked my clothes that I had in a basket and guess what.. bed bugs had traveled along with me. Also found a meth pipe under the bed.. I do not recommend this place at all..... management will not try to better the situation also there is a loud trai that passes by continuously day and night and it is very loud since it is right...
