Being a person of color and Valley resident born and raised here in Washington it was astounding what bias is still alive and well in this beautiful valley. Contrary to municipal, state and federal statutes this small business still violates anti-discriminatory laws. I recently walked into this establishment and waited in line for my turn. Finally a pleasant young man waited on me. We walked back into shop office to follow up on my order and he noticed a white person waiting at counter. Without a word he forgot about me and started helping this white customer. I'm too old for confrontations, so here I am with a tool that any one no matter how old can still wield.
