Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Grandview

Ordered on line to pickup on 6/12/25. Ordered 2 cheesy bites pizzas and an order of cheesy breadsticks. Went in to pick up order and greeted Not a hello. Ok, figured lady is not in a good mood, checking out she tells me there are a few questions to answer and so of course dumb me leaves a tip. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes, she gave me my receipt and literally walk away to the back where she came from. No thank you nor have a great day. ZERO customer service. When was walking out the door I did yell have great day. When I got into my truck I was so mad about the treatment that I didn’t even think to even check my food. There was a girl waiting to get into the back door and I asked when a manager would be and she said the manager was there then and I was like oh hell no because If in the fact it was the manager who helped me then shame on her. Insult to injury our food was so horrible. You would’ve thought our pizza had sat overnight before I came and got it. It was so disgusting. And I never thought that pizza crust could be so thin that it actually had stuck to the cardboard of the box. The cheesy bites part of crust hardly had any if at all any cheese. They delivered a large pizza free waiving the delivery fee and even threw in free bread sticks for another location's screwup. Pizza tasted great and arrived early. If other pizza huts provided great customer service like this their reputation would increase. I will say this Hut was honoring a Pizza Passport given by the Zillah Hut team, great work to all! Update: 1/13/22: Ordered medium hand tossed 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 pineapple. Delivered fast, pizza not too hot, tasted odd, like dough not cooked properly or cheese not fresh. Some pepperoni was burnt. Called them, they offered another pizza or credit for pizza at another time. Since we didn't eat any of the 1st and still hungry we decided on another pizza. This time pizza was late a few minutes, was warmer tho, still tasted a bit strange but not completely inedible. Not sure where they went wrong, perhaps they need more sauce. Noticed cheese was not melted into crust, but instead was a layer above crust with no sauce as buffer. Sadly, will try somewhere...

WORST customer service around. They deliver the wrong orders way too often. Tonight they brought me someone else's order and told me I'd have to pick it up if I wanted it faster than ANOTHER 25-30 minutes, despite the fact that I prepaid, DESPITE the fact that I already paid a deliver fee AND tip! When I told the manager named Edgar Perez that my kids were already starving, he laughed and said, "really? STARVING? Don't you think you're exaggerating"? UNBELIEVABLE. He COULD have offered to rush the order instead of having me wait a total of 1 1/2 hours for our food, but he didn't. He COULD have apologized and offered to comp the error, but he didn't, I had to request that, then he made my call his personel number and I had to give him my card number over the phone. Worst of all, he wanted to stay on the phone arguing about why I was wrong to want the pizza faster than ANOTHER 30 minutes. Guy shouldn't be in management. You just lost my...
