I've been here twice. The 1st time was great got my cat groomed he came back looking wonderful, great experience. The 2nd time the owner and I talked about what I wanted, we talked about getting the Belly Trimmed And getting him a bath, I was told he would be done around 2 PM. I don't know if they were overbooked that day but I called around 2- I hadn't heard from them and then I called him in at 3 and again at 4 and again at 5 (each time i left a message wanting an update) finally a little after 5 they call me back saying my cat was ready, he had only been bathed nothing else and it cost almost twice as much as the 1st time I went. They shaved my German Shepherd when he should’ve got a wash and blow out to get rid of loose hair. I can not believe someone has been in business this long and was ok with the job they performed on my poor dog. His coat will not grow back the same, they have a double coat which they shed in the summer months. If they knew the breed like they should when working as a grooming service they would know this was not ok. If I could give this place a 0 review I would. Very upset with the service...

It's a great place and very nice workers. I would have gave it a 5 star but theres no way for me to contact them and I'm still waiting for them to call me. If they are reading this your mailbox is full if I cant get them to contact me then I will have no choice but to find another pet groomer

Update: Got ahold of them and my baby got his nails cut he's happier now therefore so am I. Very nice worker and didnt take long so happy to stay...
