By far the best service I have received on a vehicle ever. Never Enough is about 3 hours from where I live but I know my Jeeps will never go anywhere else. Made an appointment for a lift kit. To make it easier, we left our Jeep and planned to pick it up the following day. During that time, we ended up adding wheels and tires, an intake and tint. To save time and trips, we left the Jeep there for about a week while all of our parts came in and could be installed. When we picked it up the following week, it was a whole new Jeep. The quality and pride of the work is unrivaled. The staff is detailed and helpful. After we picked the Jeep up, we noticed something just wasn't quite right with the steering. We took it back down and found out we needed some front end work done to address the issue. They took us out in the shop, showed us exact what the issue was and with the opening in their day, started the work immediately. Again, a whole new Jeep. Drove like brand new. Their prices are incredibly fair and the selection is vast. Regardless of where you live in the Michigan area, this is the place to have your work done. Make the trip for the quality. You won't be sad.
We recently acquired a TJ Unlimited and have run into a couple of issues with it. Anytime we have contacted the shop with questions, they are quick to help us troubleshoot and even to recommend some work we can do on our own to fix the problem before making an appointment and incurring labor. They are entirely about giving a customer a quality product and ensuring you are satisfied with...
Read moreI went in there to have them install a rear track bar on my Jeep, as I didn't feel like fighting with the axel end torx bolt. I was quoted for an hour job. That slowly turned into 3 hours of my day, gone. After getting the old track bar off the Jeep, they started working on a different vehicle entirely. Shortly after that I was asked if I had purchased the correct part, which I had. I ended up having to crawl under my Jeep myself to show them how to run the track bar correctly as they were certain that it would not work. After that, they handed me the wrong bolt for the frame end of the track bar. Apparently they had lost the original one. Skipping over many many other unprofessional and unproductive happenings which took an hour or more, I finally had my Jeep back. Immediately upon inspection of their work, I realized that the track bar was out of adjustment by over an inch. That tells me that they don't even know what a track bar is for. So after driving back home, I crawled back under my Jeep and adjusted it properly. Yes I paid them to install a track bar. Yes they did technically do said job. I will however not ever so long in the history of the planet of Earth go back there for any reason. I don't care if I have to scrap my entire rig and walk the 40 minute drive to work. The only shining detail to this is that they only charged me the hour which I was quoted. That is why there are two stars. They also just impacted every bolt down. No torque specs at all. I'd be surprised if they knew what a torque wrench was if I'm...
Read moreThis place is nothing but a joke!!! Don't waste your time or money going here. They want to blame everything on you when it comes to problems with your vehicle. If you get their mistakes fixed by someone else they tell you that you had too many people in and out of your vehicle and they can't do anything to help you. We have been fighting to get a correct alignment done on our truck since they did the lift on our 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. First they had the wrong wheel bearings on it then they had too much of a negative camber on the front end when they did the first alignment. It ate up the front tires and they are arguing with us about it by saying it wasn't their fault. Eric wants to blame everything on you as the customer and claims that nothing is the techs fault. Unless you like being blamed and getting a total run around don't go here. Then as compensation for their mistakes with the alignment they only wanted to give us the alignment at no charge and then tires at cost. The general manager, Alan, is a massive jerk and only wants to argue with you and give you attitude when you try to explain what is gong on. We didn't even get half a block down the road and we hit te brakes very slightly and it's pulling to the left!!!! We went back and now they are sending us to Newaygo Auto Mall because they admitted that "maybe" their alignment machine can't handle...
