Dollar General — Local services in Grant

Amazing staff!! Decent customer service is rare these days and amazing above and beyond service almost does not exist anymore but Kellie and Misty are amazing. For starters both were wearing masks and properly! For some reason my card wasn't running through machine even though I knew I had just checked my balance kelli paid my remaining balance with her personal debit card without asking to hold anything of mine in return. I did assure her I would be right back which I was but she didn't know I really would be.

I am not from this area and have to say I have left all of my local dollar generals upset over service and covid guidelines not being followed almost every time but am in Grant for a few nights visiting my great aunt a block away from your store so these ladies do not even know me. Then when I walked out to my car to leave misty just walked over started chatting and clearing my car off with me.

According my my ex husband Im never happy and always complain so this review should mean even more lol. Great job ladies and I wish the Cadillac and Leroy Dollar General employees and management were more like you two. Thank...

Well Nikki from white cloud dollar general looked @my slip from about 2 mos ago .showing Grant dollar gen. overcharged my c card exactly $10.hummm AND Darrell (regonial mgr)called me a couple weeks into this mess ..he said I was mistaken and slip WAS correct ....well Nikki made it right because it was a mistake i THINK or fraud..and I will continue to enjoy every visit I make to her store..And sarah and the others are always so sweet ..need more of these kinda folks in this world ..too bad grant dollar general decided to take the low road ...ugly peircings...

Unbelievable...I frequently visited the store recently which I always do, and will never do again. I was with my 13 year old child who is extremely timid. I was shopping for camping supplies and my child came to me crying. My child stated that a worker approached her and stated she looked suspicious and they thought she was stealing. My child is a good girl. Who in their right mind would accuse a little child of stealing when they are shopping with their mom. SAD SAD SAD...Shame on you and I will never step foot in that...
