My family and I have been a loyal customer to Andrea’s for many decades. I remember being little and our parents always ordering this for us every Friday night or when we had friends ever. It was the go to spot. Even after school, we met at Andrea’s. Since then, I have relocated an hour away. When I visit, Andreas is still our go to dinner, ALWAYS. I rated this a few years ago 5 stars. When we order, we place big orders of anywhere to $40-80 and sometimes more. This changed to a 1 star. Today, we placed an order of $60 worth. I picked it up, dropped off a few pizzas to my parents house and kept one in my car. My son grabbed a slice and starting eating it and told me he found a piece of hair. I was shocked. It was a dark blonde hair that was coming out under the cheese. I tried calling and because I was down the road, I went in with the slice of pizza to show them I found a piece of hair. I never came in demanding this or that. I wanted to show them I found a piece of hair and was in shock how I was spoken to. She said she was the owner, and was pissed that I found a piece of hair and she said I was making an assumption and stated I got this hair from ‘my house’. I let her know this pizza came straight from her oven to a box to my car and never got taken down into my parents house since I live an hour away and we don’t have that color hair and she said neither did anybody there. However, I clearly saw a gentleman there with that same hair color. I was getting the idea she thought we were trying to get something out of this. Honestly, she could have apologized and I would have told her it’s okay it happens. However, the way I was spoken to and the attitude the disrespectful was very distasteful. For being a loyal customer, who never makes complaints because their food has always been delicious, it burned a bridge for me. I would rather take my business elsewhere where it would be appreciated. A class of restaurant etiquette would be a nice touch and honestly, invest in hairnets. I saw hair hanging from some of those employees head with a hat on. However, I’m super surprised they aren’t mandated to wear hairnets. It was great being a loyal customer, my service is going to Galaxy. Also, I saw the previous reviews and understood this wasn't their...
Read moreOkay the food is actually on point. Id recommend the French dip but you may have to remind them you want the aujou (or however you spell that) sauce you dip it in. The service however wasn't so great. The lady on the phone kept saying hold on while I was placing my order and kept saying I don't think we offer that. I didn't mind until I got there to pick up my food and was standing there waiting, nobody in front of me mind you for at least 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. There was a worker in front of me answering the phone the whole time and made eye contact with me a bunch but continued to answer the phone and not say anything to me. It would have been nice if she couldn't assist me she had asked one of the 4 other ladies in the kitchen to at least. I'm not scratching this place off my list yet because the food was good. I just wish they could get a little more customer service training or...
Read moreWe’ve been here several times and the pizza is always good, nothing special, but fresh and well made. When we came in today we were greeted and paid like normal and then they had to open every single box to locate our order. There was a box of cheese breadsticks just sitting out in an open box and I’m pretty sure those are the ones we got. They were clearly old with bread that was starting to dry out and the cheese was hard. There was no organization in the kitchen, the one adult looked like they hated their life, and we were presented with a huge political signs display and solicitations for donations for those political parties. It was clear that more effort was put into that display than running the business today. Hopefully just a bad day, but disappointing enough for us to drive the other direction for another...
