first off i want to say I NEVER leave reviews for places, this might be the first time doing a google review in my life but i had to make an exception. this is not even the same email address for me they have on file so they will never know who this is and i wont get anything for doing it...
High Profile in Grant is legit. I have never been to any of the other High Profile locations so I cant speak for any of them besides the Grant location. There are a lot of dispensaries to choose from these days, most of them have good products, good deals and are clean & safe locations. High Profile in Grant has something that has become harder and harder to find these days for any business; An engaging, passionate and friendly staff. Ive been there twice now, both times the ladies at the front desk were very warm and friendly and easy to talk to and the two guys ive dealt with in the back part of the shop have also been very helpful and friendly. More often then not when you go into a dispensary they seem to just be trying to rush you in and out, you really feel like a "custy" in a lot of these places. Dispensaries closer to GR are a lot more busy and there is usually a big line, but both times Ive been to high profile in grant there was maybe one person in line ahead of me, and they got me in quick, but at the same time they took their time with me and showed me products i was curious about, even when i said i wasnt going to be buying certain products but was interested to see it, they pulled out multiple items for me and engaged in pleasant conversation that showed they know their stuff and are actually passionate about their work. ive been around the cannabis scene for 20 years and worked in the industry myself for a decade so i always hate when budtenders treat you like you are some noobie who doesnt even know what sativa and indica is, I never felt that here. I enjoyed every single interaction ive had there and it left an impression on me even after pulling out of the parking lot. i wish more businesses were like this, i wish going through our daily lives everyone was friendly and kind and made you feel welcome, but ill appreciate these interactions whenever they do happen. Props to this location, Its not enough to have good products when everyone else has good products as well, if a store could have Rizz, they got it here, and many businesses never find that. ill definitly stop in there whenever im...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave never been so disrespected as a customer in my life. If seeking medical products I don't recommend this place! Shopped them for the last 2 years & was informed I never redeemed 1 loyalty point I had built up! The new budtender helping me, Autumn had mentioned she needed managements guidance as to how the procedure of redeeming points occurs. The manager present was Collin which then point blank accused myself of lying about shopping with them the prior 2 years. He told me the company just recently switched over to a new loyalty point program & this new system wasn't showing my prior purchases & points acquired. Management said that it was high amount, but when I asked the exact amount obtained Collin wouldn't tell me the actual amount of points. Collin kept implying that I could of messed with the system or never shopped at this location other than 2 visits seen on the program. He indicated I could use only a certain amount because he wanted to review it all, which I understood. I provided Collin with my personal information & told him I would answer any questions needed to be asked. After the manager Collin walked back into his office, Autumn the new employee helping me told me the amount I actually acquired, which was over 300 loyalty points. I was excited the next time I visited & I mentioned I wanted to use some of my points again. I then was told I only had 15 points available not 300 that I was provided obtained just weeks prior. Management provided that the new loyalty program wasn't able to roll over points & they wont merge the amount obtained by me prior to the new system being installed. Instantly I felt disrespected by a company with such a positive presence for the last 2 years of my life. Management never called me showing they weren't seeking any further investigations on improving the issue presented with the loyalty program. I won't shop High Profile any longer & wouldn't recommend anyone visiting unless you would like to be taken...

They lost my business!!!
Why? Poor management. The kid with the man bun, has dark hair with glasses, thin with arrogance and rudeness that pushed me OUT the door.
He/SHE used foul language, argumentative and my attitude put them in check with their poor equipment, their insulting, accusatory replies, STOPPED ALL SALES AND TIPS!
My monthly medical with "new" friends, two live resins and 6 to 10 carts a month spending spree is better downtown White cloud where there aren't punk kids allowing break ins and employees to act like street thugs. My friend I brought couldn't differentiate the sex and rode me to White Cloud instead. All products and service there was stellar. White cloud's dispensary is where it's at people.
I understand why HighProfile in Grant keeps getting broke into now. Inside job, perhaps. Those two yesterday got this Italian HOT.
The budtender recently over charged me and after this incident, I'm done.
I got the ten percent discount for having a medical card but they refuse to stack their specials and promotions. Most budtenders have a chip on their shoulder and act like they know everything and I get home highly disappointed with their opinions on carts and flavors. I want sweet indica and I get gas wood flavors sativa. I require 84% or higher. Get home to use my magnifying glass. I am instantly disappointed. Questions never answered when I ask if others that are good and I hear.... crickets every time. Then a "I don't know" is...
