Not very welcoming or inviting when we walked in, as nobody greeted us or really seemed to care we were there. Service was slow, despite not being busy. It took a while for someone to come to our table, greet us, and take our drink order. Then it took a while for her to come back and take our food order, even though we were ready to order right away. It took even longer for our food to come. Not sure how it takes that long when they aren't even busy. Once the server brought our food to us, she never came back to check if everything was okay. Part of both of our meals was wrong. My husband had to go up to the bar to talk to someone about it, since the server never came back to check on us. For my husband's meal, they were able to bring the sauce on the side that was missing from his sandwich, but for my meal, they couldn't fix it because they said the kitchen was already closed. This is unacceptable! They did remove the charge from our bill, but the situation they left us in was not good. I have a food sensitivity, so the fact they would not find a way to fix my meal meant I either sat there and picked apart my meal, hoping I didn't get any of the problem ingredient, or go hungry (and I was VERY hungry, didn't want to wait and go somewhere else!). I was there during a lunch, rush and waited approximately 20 to 25 minutes for a chicken wrap and a kids corndog with fries. Service was a little slow. The food was decent dogs and fries look like they were fried in old oil. They had a dark tint to them. And keep an eye out for the bartenders and servers they will overcharge you. My check should’ve came to a little over $20 and my total was $26.65. Considering I paid and debit, I didn’t want to take time to get a refund for what I was pretty much going to leave for a tip.I just felt like this was dishonest on the businesses part. They have a machine that prints out their orders and checks, but will hand write the check in the beginning making it look like they over looked the 0 for a 6. The computer should be giving the customer a correct amount and not a fixed amount. If they do this to sober people on lunch I can’t imagine what happens in a room full of intoxicated customers. I visited this restaurant in the evening. After dining and ordering drinks, I requested the check. The total was about $80, and I left a $10 tip, signing the receipt.

Later, I decided to double-check and asked for my receipt again. Instead of my original one, I was shown a different receipt — without the tip and with a signature that was clearly not mine. When I asked what happened to the tip I had left and why my signature was missing, two staff members (a bald man and the bartender) started shouting at me and possibly making threats. At that point, I had to leave the restaurant.

The fact of the altered receipt, the missing tip, and the forged signature is confirmed by the photos I have.
