Just sending out a friendly warning to all those thinking of buying a phone here.. Be sure to remove all covers and plastic from screens and so on before you walk out of the store with the phone.. we bought a brand new s7edge were told not to remove the plastic screen cover til we got the screen protector they order for us only to find out when we finally did remove the plastic not even 24 hours later only to find out that the screen had a big scratch across the screen. Called the store were told we needed to talk to a Manger who would not be back in til mon ( this was saturday) .. went in first thing Monday just to be told there was nothing they could do for us because we left the store.. have fun with this place and good luck... they are selling junk and won't...
Read moreMy experience has been good up until this last experience. I was pushed to have a Verizon credit card I explicitly didn't want and it has become a major issue. I usually have the price of phone added to my bill. But even with the card not active the put it on the card and my bill tripled. Things were added. Certain promotions not given and things changed without my knowledge. I've been with them for 13 years. I've contacted the financial office for the card and Verizon customer service many times in the past month. They were good. I hope these issues are resolved as I am not paying for the phone twice. If this happens the next time I purchase a phone I will go...
Read moreFirst off, this is NOT a corporate Verizon location, they are third party vendors. We were sold phones that did not function as advised by the sales staff. When we attempted to return the phones less than 24hrs. after purchase we were told we would have to pay a $35 / phone "restocking fee." If we received the phones we wanted (which are still cheaper at a true Verizon store in State College, PA) we would have to pay additional money to have the set up here. We are now $100 in the hole and going to go to an ACTUAL Verizon location in State College. The staff is nice and friendly but their business policies and customer service...
