I had been to Villa Roma's once or twice in the past but it had been about ten years ago. For this most recent visit I was accompanied by a lady friend of mine that I had not seen for an even.longer time than that if my last visit to the restaurant but we made a great choice because it's just a whatever, chill atmosphere. It's not formal and stuffy but it's also not going to.be overly crowded and noisy like a bar & grill would because it's not a bar & grill and it's just a smaller little spot that made for a great place for the two of us to catch up and lose ourselves in conversation. Our waitresses name was Steph and she added to my friend and I'm vibe and was accommodating to our chatting as most servers would have likely been annoyed by our failure to order for 45 minutes but she had an awesome personality, worked off our vibe to accommodate our vibe, yet remained very tentative to our needs as well with our meals, drinks, desserts. If she served in a nice city location, she could easily retire well from hospitality, she would be preferred among the majority customer based. Read moreAll I can say is YUCK 🤮!!! Tried something new tonight for supper and let's just say never again.. my food was mediocre 😕 and the price on my itemized copy of my bill was $3 more than states in menu... plus they added a $1.00 CONVENIENCE FEE. WTH is this!!! Sounds to me like the CUSTOMER is making this restaurant STAY open but you're charging THE CUSTOMER a fee FOR eating there😂😂, well this girl won't again!!! #facts.. Restrooms are filthy!! And so was the floor of the restaurant seating area.. my server Justin was considerate enough but seemed to not really KNOW his responsibilities as a "server" and wasn't reassuring of getting me the adequate "to go" containers for my leftovers.. This is appalling for me considering how much food costs 🤔 I would choose another place to eat.. as I will do in the...

The food is good, but I work with the public and I don’t want to be over charged! They charged me 9.54 for 1 Italian sub. When I ask he said yes that’s what it cost looked at the menu and it was 6.50. First he said it was more for the pepper relish , I don’t mind paying for toppings but 3$ Smh... we won’t be going back there. There’s another Italian restaurant less than a mile away. We have been here when there training ppl in the kitchen or waitresses, never have we complained abt the not so good service. I like honest and trusting businesses and this is one. Food food Poor...
