The salted toffee latte is not consistent. Tastes different every time. My go-to here is a cardamom latte. Always tastes like delight.
Edit: It has gone extremely downhill over the past year. So, I am editing my positive review to negative. I won’t be going back and regret spending a lot of money here instead of trying other coffee shops. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. If you don’t know how to talk to people, please do not work at a coffee shop. A lot of people go to coffee shops not just for coffee, but for good customer service and positive vibes. I had multiple bad experiences before editing this to a negative review. It’s not an isolated incident thing. I bragged about this coffee shop to my friends and family and came here with the whole family. Instead of repeating the syrup multiple times, they made a plain latte for all of us. We ordered and waited for 30 minutes to get the wrong ones. When I asked for the mess up, they took my mug added syrup, and stirred it up instead of making a new one. My whole family got the wrong order (all of us got a cardamom latte and they made it plain for all of us). There were multiple occasions of mess-ups and they got mad at me for asking about the mess-up instead of apologizing. The one at the register got the order wrong. (She’s been cold to me and I stopped going to the Las Colinas location, and unfortunately, she works at the Grapevine location too). Do your job right, and I won’t complain. Today, I ordered a cardamom latte, and they didn’t ask for the size. I specifically asked for a ‘HERE.’ They made a Togo, and it’s 16oz. I go to this coffee shop 4x a week, and they do know I always get 12oz. So, she didn’t ask, and I didn’t mention the size. This is partly my mistake. They made a 16oz Togo, and the espresso shots to milk are not the same as 12oz. So, I asked them to make a 12oz, and they poured the 16oz into a 12oz cup and offered me the coffee. I told them “I don’t want the coffee,” and they simply said OK instead of asking what the problem was. They were rolling their eyes and talking behind me. There was no REFUND or no REMAKE. I repurchased the 12oz coffee, and no one apologized or asked me what was wrong with the previous order. I don’t want to spend one more dime here....
Read moreI visited this location specifically to try one of the frozen matchas, and unfortunately, I won't be visiting again. From the moment I walked in it was super chaotic and loud. First, It wasn't clear where the line was to make my order, no signage or anything. When I realized where we are to stand to make an order, I noticed there was a large, loud group of people standing there and once again, it wasn't clear if they were in line to order or just blocking the line. In my opinion, this was something employees should have addressed immediately. Myself and the woman in front of me, were about ready to walk out, especially since she had already ordered and just needed plates and was told to go stand in line for plates that she should have received with her order. Ridiculous. After about 10 minutes in this line, the loud, chaotic group clears up and moves over to the pickup area. So apparently, they really were just blocking the line. When I was finally able to move up and order, I mentioned this issue to the employee and she just smiled and said nothing. I honestly believe this group were friends of the employees and that's why they did nothing about the disturbance they were causing. It was very clear they were bothering other customers who were trying to work, read, or just have a conversation in peace. Anyway, as a first time customer, I certainly didn't appreciate the chaos with the line and ordering and the lack of employee intervention. There wasn't even a greeting or thanks for coming. Just sad and not at all what I'm used to with P&B. I won't be visiting this location again; I'm sticking to Las Colinas. I hope management sees this and addresses appropriately because the whole thing was a...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite places to get a well-crafted latte. While the employees are always nice, you cannot rely on the hours of operation posted on Google because the management/owner allows for weekly private events during their established/posted hours of operation for the public, so good luck getting service if you happen to go on the day and time. The problem is not the decision to have a private event, but to have them so frequently, yet unpredictably, that it creates confusion and unreliability for the general public.
As a former regular patron, I reached out to management on several occasions to suggest updating their business hours on the internet and to further express how the unpredictable/unreliable hours of operation could make patrons feel less valued, create confusion, and an unnecessary inconvenience. However, no one has ever bothered to return my calls, further solidifying their lack of concern and care for their patrons. Posting a sign on the door does not help the general public who refer and rely on the internet for a business' hours. Nonetheless, I refuse to continue my patronage to a business that clearly does not care about inconveniencing and valuing its customers. There are plenty of fantastic coffee shops within 5-10 minutes who have reliable hours and are responsive...
