I stopped in this location of O'Reilly's because the battery had died on my car (the battery was 7 years old!) and I needed it replaced. I don't know much about batteries, so initially I just asked for the cheapest one that would work in my vehicle. The employee was friendly, greeted me when I came in, and offered to help right away. He looked up batteries compatible with my car and showed me my options on the screen. I asked him what the differences were between them all, and he took the time to explain about elements such as the warranty and what factors into cars in extreme cold.
