In any good business, communication is key. When you’re selling your product, when you’re delivering your product, and when customers are unhappy with your product...communication is important. A good business will take negative feedback and adjust to make sure the customer is satisfied to ensure that customer will refer people to your business and help build/maintain your customer base. Not Furniture Row here in Great Falls, MT. The only time that we had communication AT ALL was when we were being sold their product. Once they had our money all the other stuff went out the window. Estimated delivery date(s) for the $4K+ worth of furniture were initially a month after purchase. These kinds of things do fluctuate a week or a few depending on the manufacturers, orders and shipping, etc. so that’s not even why we were unhappy. COMPLETE lack of communication was our issue. We were NEVER called and told that our products wouldn’t be here in time. No emails, no letters....no communication. We had to call them to get updates and were told that they had no clue when we’d get our stuff, “Sorry 🙄” After two more months passed and still no word on our products we had to call again to be told the same thing with another “Sorry 🙄”. Common courtesy counts for something and their team had none of it. After receiving some of our stuff in small multiple shipments we still didn’t have our entire order. The holidays approached and we ate at our half delivered dining set using folding chairs with family who’d traveled from states away. Still we got a half-hearted “Sorry” when we called or stopped by. After complaining during one of our last phone calls and demanding that SOMETHING be done we finally got something more......a sigh of annoyance along with a $100 refund. $100 for months and months of waiting and aggravation knowing that I could’ve put my $4K to better use than supporting this establishment. $100 to allow their team to sell us a product and then be annoyed by us because we were upset that we hadn’t gotten the purchased product.

Read moreTerrible!!!! False advertisers!!!! We started by looking at their website and filtering the search for items available in the Great Falls store warehouse for pick up today. We had over 80 different recliners to choose from. When my wife arrived, she was there for over 5 minutes before anyone greeted here, which didn't happen until I arrived. Every piece we looked at was not in stock, even though their website said it was. When we asked "what do you have in stock"? The answer was 2 couches and 1 recliner. Everything else was at least the end of January before it comes in with some as far out as end of February to the middle of March. Then when we showed them their website saying the one we wanted was in stock, we give a bull** answer that the website had just gone live and they were still working on the inventory piece. Don't waist your time with this place. On top of everything, the sales staff just didn't care about taking care of people greeting and help those that came in after we did before even acknowledging we were in the store. Read moreI bought multiple items from GF store with quality vs price being where expected. The mark down comes from the lying we received from our sales representative. We bought a warranty with the information presented that we move a lot and can we use the warrenty anywhere and how. Our rep stated you can you use the warrenty at any FR store and if you don’t use it after 5 years FR will refund a portion of your warrenty purchase. After moving two months from purchase we became 8 hours from the nearest store. We called to use our warrenty and they wanted us to drive 8 hours one way to show the broken pieces of our table set. Then IF they accepted the claim they would order the replacement and I would have to drive 8 hours again for pickup. So we declined that claim and waited the remaining time of the 5 years refund. Then we moved again, closer to a FR store. At this point we were one month from refund and so waited. I called FR in GF to enquire about the refund due. They said sorry we never refund, never have.
