Brian and Dave are two great guys and have been awesome to deal with. They are busy but they always take the time necessary to research your items and definitely try to be as fair as possible with what they can pay for them. They never make you feel like you're being a burden to deal with and they genuinely appreciate their customers. They even did me a favor and changed a watch battery for me. I've also dealt with their weekend guy Jay twice now and he is very capable and represents the shop in the same positive light as well.
