OFFLE OFFLE OFFLE/ MUST READ BEFOR CONCITERING TO LET THEM WORK ON YOURE VEHICLE---ā---------Did good with the body lift, but left a huge mess to fix after for me. Starting with picking up the truck. Opon pick up I noticed a huge puddle under my truck. I asked there "mechanics" to take a look at it for me because I dropped my truck off with zero issues and mind you I only have 80,000 miles on the pick up. The me mechanic said " seems to be a powersteering line, bring it back so that we can take a further look at it, just give Chris a call no big deal" so over the weeknd I figured I would take a look at the issue maybe something small, I'll save us both the time and money and fix it. Well not so small. Come to find out that these so called "mechanics" that work at class 1 really messed up my rack and pinion. To add the adaptor they grinded down the gear shaft on my rack so far down that it hit a oil gallery in there and was profusely spraying powersteering fluid. After finding this out I had the rack replaced immediately because of class 1 THEY MADE MY VEHICLE EXTREAMELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER NOT TELLING ME ABOUT THIS. The steering column was so loose on the rack it could have popped right off. After having the rack replaced the mechanics where I took it simply got slightly smaller hardened bolt and put a nut on it and threw a tack weld on to be sure it dosnt come loose. Very simple and no grinding was necessary. AFTER all this mess I called class 1 asking for only a refund for the rack and pinion not the labor or any other parts or the alinment that was needed after. A $1200 bill and I only requested that they paid $400 for the rack. Well call after call they they would ignore me or say were working on it. Now comes almost 5 months later they stop answering me. And refuse to help me at all. Offle people, offle mechanics, offle...
Ā Ā Ā Read morethese guys were very helpful.....until they got my money. i went in picked out a few rims i liked on a saturday and scheduled my appt for the following saturday. i was told call us by weds to confirm which rims you want us to order so they arrive on time. i called that tuesday and paid for my rims via credit card and was told everything was good to go for saturday. saturday morning i dropped my car off at 9am when they opened because that was my appt. time...i was told 2-4 hours. when i called at 2pm to see if my car was ready they told me we close at 8. pick your car up then...ok no problem im a patient guy. 8 pm comes and when i see my car i noticed the rims were not the ones i picked out. i was told oh sorry we apologize, your rims never came yet so we put another customers rims on your car....why didnt you call us too make sure your rims came in? as if to put the blame on me. i had to remind these guys what they told me because apparently they dont remember much. and then i was told oh sorry we close now we need those customers rims back monday so you need to come in....talk about inconvenience after i paid them good money. fortunately my rims were in monday so the problem was fixed. then looking at my psi gauge on my dash after getting my car back one tire has 41 psi another 35 31 29. when i went to fix my tire pressure i noticed the actual tires werent corresponding with there location on the Dash. so now i had to take my car back so they can fix the sensors. i was told its a 1 hour fix. 4 hours later i called to see whats the hold up they told me oh sorry we had another car in the garage from last night. we didnt start working on your car yet. moral of the story is from my personal experience these guys are extremely unorganized, very inconsiderate and i will never ever in a million years do business...

Management of the shop and owner mean well; however, poor quality workers result in poor quality product/service. This shop performed a tint on two cars I owned in the past (windows and taillights), which I was happy with. I relied on this business to perform the same job on the same car I had an accident in to re-tint replacement taillight. However, due to change in the employee who previously performed the tinting, the tint peeled off the first time. The manager told me that they must have cleaned it poorly and will re-tint. The second time and second tint, the same day the tint peeled off. This time the manager said it must be the plastic on the aftermarket taillight, although the light was pre-owned OEM light that was replaced after the accident. So, the third time and this time both taillights re-tinted and both tints pilled off the same day. I gave two stars because the manager made every attempt in remedy the situation and was professional in doing so, including providing refund for the service.
