We had laundry detergent spill on our carpet during our move-in to our house. Magic Carpet Pride was able to schedule quick service within 1 week of our phone call, quoted a very reasonable price, and did EXCELLENT WORK cleaning our carpet! You can't tell at all where the spills were. Some areas were spot-cleaned, and you cannot tell which areas of the carpet were cleaned and which weren't (no "border" between cleaned areas and the rest of the carpet). Professional and quick service. The two cleaners wore shoe covers and covered the floors where they walked to get to the areas needing cleaning. I just used Magic Carpet Pride to get out a pretty bad pet stain on my couch that I thought was totally hopeless. I had reserved expectations with how bad the cat stain was, but they completely removed it and looks like new. May in the office made the process easy and requested photos of the stained cushion which I brought to their shop for cleaning and was ready for pickup quickly. They gave me a heads up that the cushion might discolor compared to the others, but this turned out to not be an issue at all. Magic Carpet Pride is an excellent business. Customer service is top-notch. The service we received was exceptional. A storage unit flooded and ruined a very nice carpet. Not only did this business bring that carpet back to life, but it also replaced the tassels for that added extra touch. They didn't have to do it, but it was a point of pride for them to deliver to us the best possible outcome. Prices are extremely fair.
