If I could give you this place less than a half star review, I absolutely would. Myself and my team from work had a group lunch in the restaurant area. The initial seating was fine. They had our tables set up per our reservation as expected. After that, everything else was disappointing. First they couldnât do split checks. Itâs 2020... split checks isnât a new thing. The way I saw it, the waitress was just being lazy. Next, looking at the menu, it was astonishing how pricey everything was. $11 for mozzarella sticks and $13 for nachos?? After ordering the food, it was all coming out at random. 1 person was served his hot wings after about 7 minutes. Another person received his pizza after about 10 minutes. Then about 20 minutes after ordering the rest of everyoneâs food came out. Multiple people at our table said that their food was cold. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which the waitress said was absolutely amazing. Well, she lied. I am not major food critic by any means, but Iâm pretty sure a half day old Wendyâs chicken sandwich could have tasted better. The chicken was barely warm, the tomato was bland, and the âspicyâ mayo had zero flavor to it. For a $14 plate of food, it was no where near expectations. We had a few more guests show up while The food was coming out. The waitress( I believe her name was Megan, or Marie, something with an M) had noticed they came in and sat down while she was serving the table. One of them kindly asked her if he could get a Coors light at her next convenience. Her response was the first of many, Very rude tones of voice. She responded back to him by saying âlet me serve all of the plates, then I will get to you.â Again, in a very rude tone. Also, she was serving the last plate on the table she said this. So itâs not like she had fifteen more to go.
Then later on, the same waitress came by and asked if we needed new beers, we kindly said we were all set on drinks, but one person asked for a side cup of Mayo. The waitress basically looked at her with disgust and didnât say anything. Just walked back into the kitchen, and we could hear her yelling at the cooks for a cup of mayo.
I donât get what we ever did to get on her wrong side.. considering we were a group of about 13 people, all with simple orders and not asking for much at all. And the remainder of the restaurant had maybe 2 or 3 tables of patrons. Our service was absolute trash. For a restaurant that has such high prices on the menu, the service and products aught to reflect that amount we as patrons are forking over. Needless to say, she didnât receive any tip from us. And I doubt any of us will ever return for a...
Read moreCame to this sports bar because of the amount of TVs they had because I wanted to watch a specific NCAAF game. Upon our arrival we noticed how huge this place was. Had to almost ask for a tour it was so large. I noticed how it was a primary for the horse races betting and all. If you are into to that then this is definitely your place. So we decided on a nice table by the bar area. I asked for my game on one of the million TVs they had. No problem! My son and wife both ordered a burger and salad with the fried calamari. The appetizer came quick and my son and I ate it quick to. It was very good though most fried things are. I have had poor tasting fried calamari before and this was no where near it. As I enjoyed my beer my wife and sons food came. It was very good they told me. After my 2nd beer I decided to order the sirloin burger myself with bacon and the awesome sirachi mayo on it and on the side. This burger was super delicious and the pretzel bun was perfect. My son recently graduated Navy bootcamp and was there with us in uniform. The reason I mention this is because like a lot of people out there who love their military they tend to show their love and appreciation. This place was one of those places and they showed their love from multiple people who were working at the time. It was very humbling and left my wife with warm tearful eyes. We absolutely enjoyed this restaurant for the great food, service and military appreciation to our country. I would recommend this place to all whom like sports bars. This one was perfect!! Thank you đ guys for our great time spent...
Read moreI honestly wish I could leave negative stars.
A group of around 10-15 of us were in to celebrate a birthday. We were parked at the corner of the otherwise sparse bar and we were all but ignored. It took upwards of 15 minutes for people to get their orders, or have any attention paid to them at all. There were two ladies working - one with long brown hair, and one with short, dark blonde hair - and neither one of them were very attentive at all. I specifically remember the one with the short, blonde hair looking at me multiple times while I had my wallet in my hand waiting to order a drink, and then helping one to two people before me who had come up to the bar AFTER me.
This place is too big for it's britches. The management is awful, the staff is lazy and inattentive and the saddest part of all is that any time I have ever been in there it has NEVER been busy. Especially not busy enough to cause such a lack of customer service. They had a decent-sized group of fun people in there ready to spend money and have a great time, who are usually loyal customers and this group was treated like dirt. I fully regret the $15 tip on a $35 dollar tab that I left. I, and quite a few others, are never stepping foot in this...
