This is by far, hands down, without a doubt, the best Mexican restaurant in the area. My roommate and I found them a few weeks ago and can't get enough. Neither of us are from Greeneville, we moved here from larger cities a few years ago. The terrible quality of all of the Mexican places really bummed us out. I personally haven't ordered, or thought about ordering, Mexican food in years. Then the other day we were driving down bohannon and to saw this place. I am so so so so so so glad we decided to give it a shot. Everything we have ordered from there has been exactly what we would expect from a much more expensive Mexican restaurant in a bigger city. Their tamales are exactly like my brother's girlfriend's family. The chimichangas are light and crispy on the outside like they are supposed to be. And my roommate absolutely loves their empanadas. I talked to them when I was in there tonight, and they plan on teaming up with Uber eats for delivery. I seriously cannot more highly recommend...

Nicaraguan food that is also eaten in Nicaraguan restaurants tends to be much less commercialized, unlike most American food. Whether it's Mexican or Honduran, Guatemalan or Costa Rican, lots of Hispanic meals will usually end up being similar by nature, so, it stands to reason that authenticity can be easily recognized by any native Hispanic, therefore, I can trust my wife's opinion wholeheartedly and without doubt.....one of the many things about her that make her such a wonderful blessing......sorry, not much to do with the review, but, can't help but share the pride and respect I have for...

California, as are we, the family member said it took him 5 months to find a Mexican restaurant that is up to our Standards. The place was small but clean. The menu had a lot to pick from. I had 4 tacos, my bf had 4 tacos. I had the Lengua and chorizo. He had chicken and asada and al pastor. All were good, but the chorizo was exceptional and the corn tortillas were very fresh. So much so that we wondered if they made them there. The salsas came in ketchup and mustard bottles. Clever but it threw me off at first. If we're back up that way we'll definitely stop back in. Sorry, no...
