The tacos are great however, the customer service is he worst. I believe they tried to play me and thought they were going to just get over on me. I had paid for my meat, never grabbed the bags and went to the bakery to get my children something to drink. The bags remained in the cashiers possession and unlike anywhere else she gave my bags to someone else. Instead of her taking accountability she tried to tell me she wasn't giving me my food or money back and that I should've grabbed the bags. I guess you're supposed to go behind the counter to get your own bags now. Anyway, I don't speak Spaniah and they don't speak English but I could tell by the way she was moving her neck that she was being rude. There was 1 woman in there that was trying to assist. She worked in the bakery area and told me to just wait and that they were going to get my food instead the other cashier came back saying she would only give me half of what i purchased. I had to call my sister (who speaks Spanish) because they weren't trying to speak to the bakery lady that was trying to help me but she was the only one who speaks English. A former co worker and her kids went here and recommended this place for the deserts and so a friend and I decided to go by there. Walking in the door we could smell the fresh baked goods and immediately choose something , the cashier was with a gentleman at her computer for at least ten minutes, she looked up and continued what she was during when she finished and he walks out the store she deliberately turned away from us and started waiting on people on the other side of the counter that had come in after us.15 minutes gone by and we’re still waiting to be served.Finally another worker came over for something behind the counter and she whispered to her to get us, so being black in a Hispanic store I ask the young lady did the other young lady not want to serve us because of the way we were treated and she brushed it off but in my 74 years on this earth this was the first time I experience racism so blatant. I will not go back there as much as I would love to and I definitely will not recommend it to my friends but I pray that this young lady eyes will be open to see that it’s all about your heart and not the shell...

The baked items are delicious and homemade tortillas are authentic. I always go and buy the tres leches cake by the slice I got in line the other day to buy the last three slices of cake I told the cashier to save me at least one slice of tres leches cake please before it sold out since she was trying multitask. The Customers that were still looking at the cakes deciding what flavor they were going to buy and she ignored me and sold the last three slices to the customer who were undecided in front of me but since they were waiting and asking what flavors were good I had already told her ahead of time about saving me at least one slice and when she ignored me and went ahead and bagged up the last three slices to sell to the other customer I asked her right there did you save me the slice I asked for she tells me I already sold the last three slices and you didn’t tell me A slice you said a whole cake telling me what I didn’t say.
