The owner was grossly impatient and flew into a huff when I wanted to know what my options were for a new watchband "I do things differently here!!" (I think he wanted to just pick one himself?!), then after adjusting the battery said "I don't want to waste time trying to set this watch", and never set it! - He was so impatient I had to leave with my watchband links set uncomfortably, as who knows what would have happened if I had asked him to adjust a link a 2nd time.

There are other jewelers in town, I'll be trying a different one next time.

Very sorry for my experience here.

EDIT: 4 hours later, the pins fell out of my watchband and it came apart. Absolutely...
