Great foo and ok prices. However your employees need to understand that the public does not know what they know. When you order a sandwich basket and say "but I want waffle fries" they mean instead of regular ones. Now if you guys don't currently sell a basket with waffle fries, I can only imagine it is because waffle fries would raise the price. That's fine we are willing to pay for what we get. We just don't need or want 2 orders of fries with 1 sandwich. Take the time to ask what they are wanting don't just add an additional order of fries to the basket. It's a waste of money and food. It's pretty easy to ask "waffle fries INSTEAD of regular ones" and that will resolve a lot of future problems and eliminate upset customers.

But will go back there but feel like I have to talk to some of them as if I'm the employee and they are the unknowing public.

The service was the worst I have had in a long time. The server was on her cell phone the whole time we were there. Then acted like we were annoying her by being there. very quant and mom and pop type of shop. good icecream and food selection, i had a smoothie and it was fresh (or it tasted as such). however it was not very clean. the counters had splatches of dried icecream and dirt all over the floors. the employees also do NOT use gloves when handling food nor wash them off before hand. there was also an employee making food while eating food ??? very iffy. think what you...
