I was an employee for Trader Joe’s for nearly 7 years in Studio City, CA.. The three times I have shopped here at Needler’s, I have greeted the employees with a smile and a “Hello, how are you?” and Every! Single! Time! I don’t even get a smile, let alone acknowledged.
I’m a 43-year old adult that doesn’t even get spoken to like this by my own parents. Some Debbie Downer will not disrespect me trying to buy baby carrots and flour tortillas…
On top of the rude workers, prices are out the roof, a lot of food is spoiled, and the cashiers are so rude, you’d think you were at one of those restaurants where you pay for them to be rude to you for the fun of it…

   Read moreI don't like to go there. Prices are so high. Produce looks awful since needlers came in. Meat is high and poor quality a lot of the time. Alot of out dated stuff on shelves. Very few nice people working there. A lot don't like to help you look for sale add items. They say oh if you can't find we don't have. Most ladies won't ask for card or phone number so you don't get sale price at checkout. I bought 2 liters recently and the were flat and price was awful. I had to throw them away after opening. They store is close to home but usually not...

The cashiers are not usually very conversational or friendly but I don't mind that because I save money shopping here. Also, management is very good about making it right if they are out of a sale item (they give rainchecks on items that can't be swapped, but in things like meat, they will usually give you the sale price on something similar).
