today KAREN was made aware that I was shopping for two separate orders, I asked Karen to not mix the two orders together and she became combative insisting that she was still going to place both of order together on in the cart, I asked her to give me just a moment to differentiate the items that she had already bunched together so that way the items wouldn't be mixed up together, once Karen decided to proceed with the second order she began to SLAM the items into the bottom half of the cart, I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say, I ended up still un-mixing the items after being checked out it took me at least 20 minutes of undoing. I told the manager on duty only to find out that she felt like she had no authority over the matter because of a prior issue between the two... Needless to say I have never had a bad experience at this location until now, I am a regular shopper and would like to continue to do so but this type of unconscionable behavior is simply not good, needed and should not continue to be condoned or accepted no matter how old or long a employee has been with the company it is never alright to be this rude to a customer. I have never meet a cashier with such a nasty attitude just because she wanted to do things...

Great meats, good produce, great prices, and they have black tiger shrimp 🍤 at times for $11.99 a pound/Colossal size! Other stores have the regular freshwater shrimp 🍤 the same size for $25 a pound! Also, I love to cook with Ghee and they have it @$6.19 a jar, everywhere else is over $7 a jar for the same size & quality! They also sell specialty fusion olive 🫒 oil, such as garlic, rosemary & chili! All of these at a discount bargain grocery store!!! The chicken 🐔 is very clean, does not have the yellow wax that most chicken 🐔 has on the skin! It takes minimal cleaning of the chicken 🐔(HELL YEAH YOU DO CLEAN CHICKEN 🐔 IN MY CULTURE, JUST PLAIN OLE NASTY IF YOU DON'T #SORRYNOTSORRY)!!!!! The fresh salmon is good, milk is cheaper and I realized that they have frozen veggie blends that other stores don't have ever! Also, bottled spring water💧 is much cheaper their aswell, not bottled purified water💧(that is only tap water)! Just bring your own bags or buy bags(paper or plastic[not the cheap bags from the regularstores]), they have the empty boxes 📦 from the merch that they sell, that you can use! Asked another employee to help with my return because I had been over charged on 4 things and the cashier was working just as hard as he could and had a line. Not only did I not want to hold them up but my son had to be at his appointment to get his procedure done so I didn't want to be late for that. When I asked her the response I got was...the cashier will do it. I asked if he was the only one that was able to do it and she asked me what my problem with the cashier was. I told that I didn't have a problem with the cashier at all but there was a line and before I could finish she interrupted me and said that if I would go get in the line it wouldn't take him long. She said that if he had a line that he would call her. I said ma'am I stood in a line that was in the aisle. She refused to help me. I waited in the line just for him to call her for help with the refund and she wasn't happy about it and she knocked things off of the register and knocked the keyboard off the stand. That messed up the register and so I had to wait for someone else to come fix it so that he could refund me my money. Very rude and I will drive elsewhere to spend my money.
