Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries — Restaurant in North Carolina

Visited: December 18th at 1 pm. This place was terrible. I have been to many HWY 55s before and when it was andys. First off, we ordered our food and I ordered my cheesesteak without mushrooms and I received them. I know mistakes happen but they continued to happen. It took our waitress forever to come back to our table (after we made eye contact multiple times) so I could get a new one. Then she didn't refill our drinks after we had asked multiple times. As we were sitting there the people behind us had to actually ask for a waitress to assist them because they had been sitting there for over 5 min and no one would help them. When they finally received help the waitesss just laughed it off. Then we had to wait forever to get our ticket after we asked and she brought us the wrong one. When we finally got our ticket and went up to the register, someone just came in and sat down and a cook brought them their menus and the waitress who was doing the register who I was paying yelled across and and said to the cook "what are you doing?! That's my table!" Then looked at me and said "I'm gonna make my money today." Every hwy 55 I've ever been to runs to the door or they all greet me upon walking in and walking out and this place did nothing. My husband and I went on Saturday to eat. The girls in there had bad attitudes. I ordered half fries/half onion rings. When we got our food I had a few fries my husband had a few onion rings. I said this is not what I ordered it is suppose to a basket like you bring the reg fries.The girl took our plates and brought them back threw them on the table with very little fries and 3 onions that were very tiny. The waitress who waited on me was very nice. I had a togo order, when i went home to eat for my lunch break i noticed out of both my orders one was the wrong burger. I called back up there and spoke with the waiter and she was still nice... her mangager grabs the phone in the middle of us talking and had the nastiest attitude trying to tell me my food was right because she made it. I was talking normal and couldn't believe how nasty she acted over me trying to get the right burger.
