I really can't say enough great things about this place. I've been a client since I was 25 years old. I love everyone there! Selina has been with me from almost the very beginning. I always have and always will sing her praises to anyone that asks me about my botox or injections. She is the queen, and a perfectionist, which when it comes to your face.. is a MUST! That woman knows what she is doing! And she always hooks me up with coupons and points!! Beauty Bar has guided me through "aging gracefully" and has never steered me wrong. When I turned 30 I began experiencing the worst skin problems I have ever had!! I made it through puberty without acne, but the devil snuck in when I hit the big 3-0! At my last visit with Selina I was telling her about all that had been changing with my skin, and asked about a product that I had sampled but was quite pricy. Instead of letting me purchase that product, knowing that it may end up being a waste of my money for my skin, she sent me to Deborah. Who has been a SAVIOR! Not to mention, just a great time! My first visit with her she was so informative and actually listened to my concerns. She never seemed pushy, and got right down to business on what was really going to work for my skin. She made sure that I understood everything completely. We decided that the ultimate goal was to tackle my skin with a VI Peel. I had a bridal shower the next day, so instead we opted for a more gentle approach, with lactic acid and derma-planing. HELLO! Can we say that my makeup went on like BUTTER the next day and days after! But by the time my next appointment came around my skin had shifted again. I followed her instructions during those weeks, but lets be honest, I could do better to keep my hands off my face and be better with my diet/sunscreen/ etc. At my 4 week follow up it was apparent that we really needed to go ahead and get to business with the VI Peel, and can I say that she started the appointment off asking me how my shower was! Anyway, I was terrified that it would burn like crazy and she knew it. She was honest and again explained everything that it would entail, and everything literally went exactly as she said. She also kept me calm and talked me through the entire process, ya'll it wasn't even half as bad as I thought it would be! I'm on day 5 post peel, it has been the best thing I have ever done! Yes, the actual peeling isn't a highlight of my day, but the results I am seeing so far are more than I had expected. I will 100% fling my body across the table the next time she says "VI Peel". I am married to this place!!! I have full trust in their guidance and I would trust my own mother in it too! Diana made sure I understood everything she talked about and made sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan before ever proceeding.
