I’ve been going to Dr. Brandy Chapman, on and off for over 12 years. At age 14, I was introduced to chiropractic care for headaches and complications due to scoliosis. I’ve seen my fair share of chiropractors throughout the upstate and I can say with confidence Dr. Chapman helped me better than all of the chiropractors seen in 38 years. I’m so proud to have watched this beautiful woman grow her practice to include 2 sites now. She has handpicked a very competent staff including Dr. Michael Robles, two massage therapist (love me some Ivy!) and assistants that are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve not had the privilege to visit the Spartanburg office, but my daughter states that it is comparable to our experience in the Greenville office. I’m currently on week 4 of a 24 day plan and have already seen incredible results, thanks to Dr Mike. When I first went to see them, the nerves leading to hands were being pinched causing them to wake me at night with pins and needles feeling, they were constantly cold and aching. My feet were experiencing similar issues. My back was in constant pain, making it difficult to stand or sit for any period of time. I also have a Hiatal hernia causing pain. I’m amazed that we can work on these issues as well. I’m not 100% but I’m progressing in an impressive rate. Dr Chapman works with every level of ability to pay for services. I came in with severe pain in my left leg from sciatica, which originally started from another chiropractor that herniated a disc in my back. Dr. Chapman did x-rays and recommended a treatment plan for 3 months to see if we could correct the damage. After the treatment was over she recommended that I get an MRI because the pain, although getting better was not 100% gone. She recommended a surgeon to me for his opinion and we determined that surgery was an option. I did not end up going through with surgery but continue treatment with Dr. Chapman including the use of an inversion table which was recommended by a member of her staff, Dr. Mike. Every time I go to the Greenville office I feel like family, Kaylee ,Valentina , and Liz always greet me with a smile and are very polite and professional.

I'm happy to say that after her treatment plan and some work at home. The pain has dramatically subsided. I'm still continuing to go for treatment, although much less frequently to maintain and get an awesome massage!

Dr. Chapman is a true professional and a master of her craft. I would highly recommend going to see her for any of your adjustment needs. The system she has in place and the equip.ment that she uses is not like the rest of the rack and crack chiropractors out there. She cares about each patient and really knows her stuff!

This place is so unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment to receive prenatal chiropractic care. The lady on the phone told me I would be receiving my first adjustment and examination on the first day for $50. When I arrived it said masks are required so I asked the lady at the front desk for a mask and they charged me $2 to purchase one. But I noticed there were only two people wearing masks at the front desk and the rest weren’t even wearing one. Including the doctor. Why would you requiere people to wear masks and charge them when their own staff aren’t even wearing one??? Then when I went to see the doctor he didn’t even perform the examination, only asked about my pain and then recommend I go somewhere else, but said if I wanted to be seen there then I can come in again. What’s the point of saying that. I wasted my time for a “consultation”. I didn’t even receive a proper consultation and only was told I can go somewhere else. It was a waste of time. Also if you’re looking for privacy than this isn’t for you. You’ll be laying on a rolling table with other people next to you while others wait on the chairs...
