Buyer beware! I have never in my life purchased groceries and felt the need to check my bag as if at a fast food restaurant. I made it home just to find my kids would be eating vegan tacos because the bag boy stolen my ground beef! When calling the manager, he simply stated I had grabbed all bags but is willing to replace the item. This is because they seen on the camera the bag with meat was taken! It was not taken by the man with the 24 Natural lite beer in front of me or the man behind me whom purchased soup and mashed potatoes. I will no longer be shopping here again when I get off of work! Ebony, Anthony and a third female were so consumed in their conversation, they thought it would be a good idea to direct me to self checkout. Ebony stated that if I didn't have a cart full of groceries I couldn't go thru her full service line at 9am when there is hardly anyone in the store. This is not my first bad experience at this location and it seems as if this is acceptable behavior for your employees. There is no reason ANYONE should have to deal with attitudes and unruly employees at 9 in the morning or any other time if they are spending their hard earned money. I used to love food Lion but now I have nothing but troubles with my advantage card. I've used the same card for years so there's no reason for me to have issues now.. haven't been able to use my shop n earn for SEVERAL MONTHS! This makes me go to other grocery stores now. Adding to that...no offense to anybody in particular but the employees are absolutely no help at all.
