Wing Spot — Restaurant in South Carolina

DO NOT EAT HERE if you want poor customer service, a disrespectful clerk, someone who doesn't pay attention to your order and gives you attitude when you try and correct the situation. I ordered my wings over the phone. The female working at the counter has a very rude attitude and the owner is not any help. I specifically asked for all flats. I go back to work, my job is less than 8 minutes away. I find that I did not have all flats. I call back up there and inform the female.They ask me to bring up there. I tell them I can't because it is my lunch hour. She proceeds to say well if you're going to eat them AIN'T not point of you coming up here. I was never going to eat rather than eat the flats and provide them the drums. She puts me on hold again and says that they checked my ticket and it does not have all flats on there. I informed her that is not my fault because she was not listening to my order. The manager insisted I bring the wings then I asked can i eat my flats and bring up the rest when I get off...That was a NO GO. Not to mention the female kept hanging up on me during all this. Customer Service was poor the manager will try and get a buck out of you as much as they can. NEVER AGAIN. GHETTO...

Really good chicken, and good selection of flavors, staff is really nice too. The problem is EVERY order from there is missing something. At least one sauce or dip, most frequently celery, if you order extra celery make sure it's in the bag before walking our the door, actually make sure you do that every time. They were good about giving me a $10 credit when they forgot my fries, but after as may orders as I've had and had to get something forgotten put back in before leaving it has just become a sad joke. DO NOT order delivery through door dash, they seal the bag and of courser the delivery person wont open that to check to see if everything is in there, we have tried it twice, both times stuff missing when the order got to us. Most recently ALL the celery that was supposed to come with the order. That's a deal breaker, never gonna get delivery again, and for now since I'm not leaving the house till the virus blows over looks like I'm not getting anything from Wingzone for a very long time. I like the chicken, but I like getting everything in...

The food was horrible. If you're going to eat here, get the bone-in wings, at least you're sure it's real chicken. The boneless wings were tough/chewy and barely looked like chicken when I broke it in half to look inside. The sauce (honeyQ) was thick and had a weird cornstarch like texture to it. They had a freezer aftertaste to them. Just bad. Before the name changed the boneless wings were awesome, but they've went for the cheap stuff this time around. The fries were cold, soggy and had no salt, before the name change they had wedges which were great. Even my drink was gross, it was nothing but corn syrup, no carbonation. The only good thing was the girl that handed me my food, she had a nice attitude. I stopped going before because the chef was horrible. He was mean and didn't want to own up when he made a mistake on your order. I figured there would be new staff so I decided to give it another go. Big mistake, he's still there, no wonder the food is as bad as his nasty attitude. Don't waste your time...
