The most friendliest and helpful jewelry store I have been in. I was looking for two days for a nice setting and all the big jewelry stores wanted to get me to buy what I didn't want and charge $100-$150 to mount my diamond in a setting. I found the number for this jewelry store I called and asked If they were privately owned the lady told me yes and I then asked her about what they had she was nice and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her with all my questions. I went to the store and she was very helpful and let me look at all settings numerous times but I finally found the right one to put my diamond in to give to my girlfriend. Been searching for two days and found it at clutch time and the price was great the setting I got cost 1200 at big jewelry store plus a $150 for mounting it. J A head charged only $50 and got the perfect ring for under a grand. I feel comfortable with the people and they aren't trying to rip anyone off but help at lower than retail price. I will be buying my wedding bands here as well. Very happy...

My husband gave me a beautiful, expensive bracelet for Christmas, but it was slightly tight. The national jewelry store chain that sold it to him looked at it, kept it two weeks, then said it couldn't be extended. J A Head Jewelers is near Memorial Hospital, so one day I stopped in with my bracelet. The jeweler asked me some questions, looked at the bracelet, and then explained the process he would be using to add the extension. I was relieved. In a few days I received a call that it was ready. It looked amazing, and impossible to tell it had been altered. I am ecstatic! Not only that, but as we were chatting that first day, he guessed I was recovering from cancer treatment. He asked several questions, then asked if I would mind if he prayed for me. Wow. Then he asked if I would mind if he added me to his church's prayer list. I said that would be awesome. He took such good care of us and treated us so well. His eye for design is unbelievable. I cannot even begin to describe to you my joy of working with him. He made our dream ring come to reality.
