I called before I went to see if the pork was smoked or just oven cooked... they said it was smoked so I stopped by and picked up a pound ( I love smoked bbq!). It wasn't near as good as some other bbq joints I've been to, the bbq didn't really have a great flavor (by itself without any sauce) and the fries were average.... The prices were a little expensive compared to other bbq establishments in the area it seemed (for the amount of food you got). I got a togo order, and when I got back, I realized that they forgot my baked bean order. To their credit, I called them and they said they were so sorry and would not only get me the baked beans, but would also give me another side to try and make up for the trouble I had to go to.
Bottom Line: the bbq wasn't that good, slightly over-priced, but service ended up being good.

We ordered lunch for my office from this establishment. Our order was taken from a lady that was extremely incompetent. We tried to explain the type of meal we wanted and she never grasped our request for a "Family Style". She did quote us $35.99 for the meal - we requested wanted two.
When we sent someone after the meal, the total was $97 instead of $72?!!!?
I called back and spoke to a gentleman that wanted to argue the fact that he could not change anything since I had left the building. He never offered to refund any portion and kept saying the aforementioned "LADY" told us wrong.

I have come here twice now and the food is exceptional! I also like the old fashioned family atmosphere. The prices are on par for other places that serve the same thing but these portion sizes are plenty! They have 6 bbq sauces to choose from so no matter what your taste is in BBQ they can meet your preferences. I really like the sweet potato crunch, green beans, and Mac and cheese but I haven't had any other sides. I'm sure they are great as well! Try it out.
