My kids used to love going here when we came up for vacation. It has really gone down hill. They aren't even open on Saturdays and Sundays.

The clincher for me was that my daughter bought a snow globe. I assumed that due to its fragile nature they wld have wrapped it. I used to work in retail, all fragile items were always wrapped. They didn't wrap it and it was broken by the time we got home. My daughter is old enough to purchase items alone, but didn't know that it should have been wrapped. When we asked for it to be replaced, they refused, implying it was our fault. They shld have wrapped a fragile item, especially when the customer is a tween. It was just bad business in my opinion. We will bring our business to others...

Neat little shop. Has a pretty eclectic mix of everything. Have been in here before pre-coronavirus, but can't remember if the "look but don't touch signs" were always there or they added them sometime in the spring after the pandemic started kicking up. Just returned from my first trip to Moose Head Lake area and fell in love with this store. It has some really cute and interesting things.
