My family had an excellent experience with Phillips Supply. Our elderly mother needed to replace her failed 4-decade-old stove/oven. While we'd not even considered Phillips Supply at first, the competitors we checked out all could not deliver for a couple of weeks, even on appliances in stock, apparently. Phillips Supply was able to deliver the next day on the appliance we picked that was in stock. Greg, who assisted us, was very knowledgeable, and very courteous. The delivery team were also knowledgeable, noting some details I'd not considered in the start up of the oven, and were not bothered by the fact that we, unfortunately, had many stairs for them to climb. I returned several days later to buy a special cleaner for the stove top, and Greg took the time to inform me of some additional steps I might safely take in the care of Mom's new appliance. I love using local businesses. They need our support. Never done business with Phillips Supply. Saw them several times driving by on 276. I used to get ads from them. I called them and confirmed they had what I needed. Came in and saw one they had on display. They loaded on my truck, while I was inside paying for it! Price was as good as any big box store.
