Constantino’s Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwich

We can’t say enough good things about Constantino’s. The food is delicious. The staff is wonderful. It is an adorable pizza and ice cream shop. Order your food at the counter, and the staff will deliver to your table when ready.

The ice cream is also amazing. If you like mint flavored ice cream, you will find no better than Constantino’s. it is delicious.

The owners are warm and friendly, too. Good vibes, good food, and good prices. What could be better?

We are VERY disappointed in our recent experience at Constantino's. They changed the prices on their chicken wings by 50 PERCENT! An order of wings went from 10 dollars to 15 dollars. And the menus still reflect the 10 dollar price! After I questioned the high bill, the girl who took our order said, "Our new menus have not arrived yet." This was after we were charged $44.00 for two orders of wings, an order of fries, and two sodas. RIDICULOUS! At the very least, she should have warned us upon ordering that the menu does not reflect the current prices.

Firstly, you NEVER begin charging more before your new prices are reflected in your menus. I am not sure how consumer protection laws affect this practice, but it certainly isn't a smart business decision.

Secondly, a 50 percent increase in price is also not a smart business decision. Even the middle school kids sitting next to us were complaining about the wing price increase. We understand that inflation is a factor. However, raising the price from 10 to 15 dollars is outrageous. It brings to mind the adage, "Penny wise- Pound foolish." Many of the items on the menu are higher than local competitors, but the wings were so reasonable, that we often ordered from Constantino's. And the establishment benefited because we would order different things from the menu, some of which were more expensive than other local restaurants.

In conclusion, we feel deceived by the 50 percent increase in price without proper notice. We had a horrible feeling all throughout our meal. Hence, we are no longer comfortable going to Constantino's, which is disappointing because we always...

Today was my Son’s Domenic’s birthday! We went to Port Chester to a Trampoline park. When we finished the 90 minute jump session, we were all hungry. We drove around Port chester to two different pizza places. One was freezing cold and the other didn’t work out either. We kept driving and I’m glad we did, we ran into Connecticut and there it was. Constantino’s pizza and ice cream. First of all the place has parking, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff were amazing. From the gentleman who took our order standing in front of the ovens, to the young lady server who helped us with our food and ice creams, to the gentleman walking around making sure everything was ok. The owner also put an additional heater in our section to make our area feel nice and comfortable. As the time passed the kids ate pizza, garlic knots, and ice cream. I had the bruschetta and the meat balls were soooooo delicious and fresh. There were many more customers who arrived and they had delicious meals as well. I was looking at their plates. Overall the owner and staff were very nice, to be honest it felt like my home in there. I will definitely go back, especially because the kids enjoyed it as well.

*Also I loved that on the wall they have pictures of where the family came from and their personal story. That was cool.

Where do I start? This restaurant is amazing for many reasons far beyond the food too. The food is absolutely amazing. The customer service is unbelievably wonderful. The whole vibe with staff feels like family and GENUINE family at that! I love the set up, the decor, the way this restaurant Caters to people is truly phenomenal. They have a variety of flavors and all the food comes out fresh. The best thing about this restaurant is that the owners truly care about the quality of their food and the happiness of their customers. It’s all positive every time I go in and I’m all the way in Florida. I’ve been a couple times now and I haven’t been disappointed. I truly love all of the ice cream flavors and believe me I’ve had every single one. Not to mention the fact they have every Gatorade flavor and do you know how hard it is to find orange Gatorade at a restaurant normally it’s only blue and red but that’s just something small that caught my eye. I promise you you’ll never have a bad experience at this restaurant and if you do the owners and customer service are always positive. I love this restaurant I love the pizza, the pasta, the chicken cutlets, the ice cream but most of all the owners for giving everyone a positive experience and delicious meal.
