This pharmacy has very quickly gone downhill. The first few years I dealt with them they were great. Staff was very pleasant and competent. They always knew who I was by name. Very pleasant experience. Fast forward to the Covid pandemic…yikes can hardly explain the difference. Staff is not pleasant, prescription is never ready even though the automated system reported the rx was ready to be picked up. The technician said “you cant pay any attention to then automated system “. What? But by far the worst experience was on a Sunday afternoon, they had unexpectedly shortened their hours. They posted them on a very small sign that day. There were about 15 patients in line to pickup their prescriptions and they just closed the gates in our face and said “we’re closed”. I am a licensed registered nurse. I think it is their (the pharmacists) ethical responsibility to see the patients are taken care of. Seems they could have stopped others from getting in line and taken care of the ones who were in line ( some of us for an hour) before they just shut the gate and announced they are closed.
