Burger King — Restaurant in Greenwood

Ordered Breakfast @ 10:01A been waiting for a driver to pick up my food. @ 10:41 A .M. I decided to call the restaurant & the guy on the phone said he don't see where any driver has confirmed to EVEN pick my order up to deliver & so my food has NOT even been made. I had to tell the guy on the phone @ BurgerKing to make my order, that I will come & pick it up. (Ridiculous) the guy on the phone acted like he didn't even care, not one ounce of concern or an apology 🙄. If this is the type of service I get here, then I will NOT be back!!!! @ 11:11 A.M after I picked up my food myself the manager called my phone & was arguing with the DoorDash guy finally arrived to pick up my food & the manager at BurgerKing kept telling the guy "No they've already came to get their own food". I could hear them arguing on the telephone & I hung up. The DoorDash driver called my phone telling me I was lying & I wasn't waiting over an hour & hung up on me lol ohhh well... I'll NEVER trust BurgerKings Delivery AGAIN!!! Or will I put up w/being treated like im NO big deal. Im just a customer paying their hourly wages by ordering food from there anyways!!!

Also I have a text from DoorDash driver lying saying he was on his way to deliver my food & then another text after that text stating "The goods are delivered" Pix below. Thanks for the old soggy tasteless food as well BurgerKing b/c NOTHING I ordered on my $25 order was fresh. The French toast sticks are soggy...

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS STORE!! I went last week ordered Big king meal $10.02 I live 1.5 miles away and when I arrived home it was cold and the meat literally was a chuck of nasty that broke in half when I took the sandwich apart. The girl at the window wanted to talk to her coworker instead of helping me when arrived at the window. Wrong drink too Diet Coke when I asked and the receipt had regular coke. The entire meal was awful. This was my second visit hoping for a different result as my first time was almost the same cold food and it was not cheap either $10 for a hamburger, small fry and drink. I can get a steak for $12 at Texas Roadhouse I submitted a review online with my receipt and the next day a manager calls me.I was working so I missed the call. I since called 2x and a Hispanic gentleman Keeps telling me Eduardo is not there. Whats the point of being a manager if your never there and no one at that store will take a message. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT NEAR THAT STORE AND PROBABLY ANY BURGER KING AGAIN. This location is awful and they don’t seem to care. Wife and I ordered food through the BK app to be delivered. Upon arrival, noticed that roughly half our order was wrong. Tried reporting the issue through the app and the automated response said they would respond in 24-48 hours. We decided to reach out to the store directly and we're told we didn't get our items, and had random ones substituted, due to the limited time events being over. The individual on the phone stated the store has no way to reach out to customers if there are issues since it's fulfilled by Doordash, even though on the Doordash tablet there is an option to do so. The individual further stated they asked the dasher who arrived to contact us and ask if the substitutions made would be okay, and the dasher said "no, they'll be fine with it." No attempt to contact the customer, didn't cancel the order when they saw that half of the order couldn't be fulfilled, and lastly didn't offer to try to make it...
