Management and customer service is awful. Rude. Iâve seen the GM kick a girl customer out for something that was the self checkout employees discrimination against the customer that was the actual problem. everyone in line seen it. Nothing is ever in stock thatâs in the ad most of it is still in the back and you have to ask to get it. They leave tags up from previous sales. The buy 5 get $5 off is never right. Items with tags donât ring up then when you show customer service they tell you it was from a different week so you pay full price for that item (cereal in my case) and also do not get the $5 off because youâre a item short. So you are out almost $10 if you donât notice it till you get home you have to bring back all products because it doesnât show size on receipt. I had a $10 off $20 digital coupon for Christmas candy that could be used up to 5 times I got $40 worth I even used my calculator and totaled it up on my phone from the tags that were up it was $41.22 to be exact. Then go to check out to find out I was .02 short so the $10 off the second didnât come off. Customer service said there was nothing they could do so I returned it all. There are many other times also but I wonât waste anymore time...
   Read moreI like the store but, As far as the Pharmacy and the Little clinic it just seems Disorganized and they're always either have a New help- pharmacy managers are going and coming two or three times in the last year... A lot of New people with the Pharmacy as of today .. And I still getting the situations where they've hadn't filled script 24 hours later.. And all they can do is Say , Can you come back later the next day or later on that afternoon!! We don't know why we didn't feel it, It's Always Excuse and Pam @ counter need brush up on people Skills.!! then when you try to push them to get your script filled know, they have a Rude Attitude..Yourself good Employee...nice to do business with..very Respectful.. Good Customer friendly attitude at the pharmacy.. Only one I like getting service from......Mgmnt. has...
   Read moreI stopped coming here a while ago. But I needed a few things & it's the closest to me. I usually go to Meijer in Franklin for multiple reasons. Quicker in all aspects is the main reason, but 200 N is closed due to a roundabout going in.
This store is now down to 9 lanes of you know ppl who actually check you out. 1 only being open & then the self check outs on each side. Lines wrapped around the building. It's dumb.
Krogers, stop being cheap & put ppl back on the registers!! Some ppl do NOT belong in the self checkout, especially when you ONLY have not even half of them open.
Your prices are also like double then meijers, which is dumb too, ooo kroger points. You're still screwing every single American...
