I broke the screen on my iPhone 13 took it in for repair they were very nice and made repairs same afternoon. The screen will activate in my shirt pocket, it never did before he said to turn it around in my pocket. The screen has a blue tint and is not as bright as originally. Apparently something in the terms and agreements , that I can’t find, addresses this. It boils down to he use generic parts not Apple parts for the repair.I understand that he may not be able to purchase Apple parts. However. The phone doesn’t recognize the parts as Apple parts so I am stuck with a message saying that it is not Apple parts. In short he saved me about 40$ and some time repairing my phone wish we had had this discussion before we started I don’t know if it was worth the savings. Be advised non Apple parts may not work the same as Apple parts.

Don’t act like I haven’t been back there with this issue because I have. I was not offered any of this information or options Do you think paying you for this repair and you putting my broken screen back on is an option. Have a nice day.

I over reacted in my assessment of your service. After I changed the screen protector the blue tint was gone. The message of non Apple products eventually disappeared. The problem with the screen activation in my shirt pocket is still there. I am leaving this review up because you should tell every customer you may or may not be using genuine factory parts because you and everyone else knows no one has read your “terms and agreements “ which I never found on your website. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A WHOLE MONTH. I WAS INITIALLY TOLD IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A WEEK.
