Workers were very hostile towards my friends and I. I felt very uncomfortable; one of the workers followed us around the whole time making fun of us saying things like "yall look innocent, but i bet nothing innocent about yall". It was hard to concentrate on getting the groceries. I will NEVER go here again. It felt very unsafe, and for the worker to judge my friends and I was totally out of line because he knew nothing about us. It seems as if he is disrespectful towards respectful women. He even asked to check our purses assuming that we wanted to steal from him, and he called us critters. Judgemental, hostile, rude, and unsafe. Convenient spot but owner was super arrogant about “his business” and answering a few questions I had. He informed me that he doesn’t like to be aggravated and turned some business away in the past because of that. Today was my first time visiting, after hearing about it on Facebook. I never even knew the store was there because I rarely go that way. I was greeted warmly, treated with respect and it was comfortable. I came home with blueberries, muscadine jelly, lemons, garlic stuffed olives and jalapeno stuffed olives.
