I wish i had read the reviews before i wasted my time. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. During my first visit, I felt like something was off with the owner of this establishment. I left this place feeling like he may not like "other" cultures of people. Just awful. He could care less. With me, his disposition was, "what in the heck do you want!!" With his regular he was the kindest. Like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. However, I was a new face and i said to myself, "everyone has a off day, right?" He gave me a good price on the monogram.

Welp, my inclinations were correct. I returned to put my order in for the monogram, and he doubled the price(s) by 200.00. Told me, the price of gold went up, and that gold always goes up and down. I was shocked! I asked, " that much??" He said, "yeah." "Can't be more than a 10 dollar difference anyway." Well, it was. His quote was 200 dollars more, and yes, i have a picture of it.

I could've argued the point and showed him what he quoted to me, but in the long run, I would never want to do business with a soul like his. Highway robbery. Awful human. I felt like dun the first time, and today, I felt like dun again. I was trying to give a local, small business, some business, but instead, I had to go to a big business and give them the money. BEWARE Watch Owners! He knows nothing, zero, about watches. He broke mine, said that he did not know how to repair it, refused to have it repaired, and said that I should go onto U-Tube to find a video about how to repair it. The sign outside said that they replaced batteries. I went in there to have my Wenger watch battery replaced. He said to wait that it would only take a few minutes. After about 20 minutes he came to the front to say that he had lost 'the lockdown screw', would have to order a replacement, and that he would call me in a few days when it was ready. I should have reacted to the red flags. He did not call. After many days I called and he said that my watch was ready. When I went to pick it up three out of the five dials on the face would not reset to zero. I had to take it elsewhere and pay to have it repaired. If this is an example of his abilities, I would never recommend anyone go there...

I wouldn’t dare recommend them to anyone. I took my ring to get resized and they destroyed it. They chipped and cracked the stone. And to add insult, they burned the stone. They didn’t even bother to tell me about the damage. They just told me the ring was ready for pickup. Then he proceeded to ask me what kind of stone was it. You’re the jeweler sir!
