Went there after visiting family in the area. My wife picked out about $300+ worth of clothing and was just finishing up in the dressing room and about to purchase literally all of it when one of the store employees told us they were closing at that time and asked us if we were done. We didnt take issue with the fact they were closing or that she was letting us know....we took issue with the tone and inflection of what she said. She came across as annoyed and overall rude. Additionally i was the one running back and forth various sizes because neither employee ever checked on her. Sadly we chose to not buy anything and dropped off the pile of clothes at the counter. We told them on the way out that we had intended to purchase all of her selections but that we didnt appreciate how they approached her in the dressing room. It was obvious by the silent, open-mouthed, responses that they had no idea what we were talking about. They were also very young...we are only in our 40's andmaybe we are just old fashioned, but it seems to us that in a customer service oriented position, its important to have enough self-awareness to at least understand that its not what you say, but how you say it...and this will dictate the perception of your professionalism and your customer's overall experience. So, cool clothes....but poor...

After reading reviews before ordering, I decided to order the sweater vest. Looked cute and comfy. When it came, I took it out of the package and could immediately tell it had been stretched out. Tags were on it but those can be reattached. It had obviously been either worn or tried on and stretched out. I ordered a s/m and it was huge. I’m not impressed with your quality control. Then I find out that a refund isn’t available and was given store credit - which I have no desire to use. I’m very disappointed and...

I shopped online for store pickup and also shopped in store. I was greeted warmly and helped immediately to find the items I was searching for even though the story was busy at the time.
